Parkridge Mental Health Hospital
On the Parkridge West Hospital campus, Parkridge Mountainview offers comprehensive adult behavioral health services. Mental health professionals including physicians, nurses, social workers, and activity therapists assess and design treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient.
Adult Psychiatric Program
Parkridge Mountainview provides an individually integrative program for patients with a psychiatric diagnosis. These diagnoses include:
- Panic Disorders
- Other Mental Illness
This program helps patients work toward specific goals in a stress-free environment. A typical day for the patient includes structured and unstructured activities such as individual and group therapy, community activities, study groups, activity therapy and recreation.
Family involvement is key to treatment success and the team at Mountainview encourages participation when possible.
Our family of hospitals also works together to provide care to patients all over East Tennessee and North Georgia. We offer behavioral health treatment for children and adolescents or substance abuse at our sister facilities in Chattanooga — Parkridge Valley Adult and Senior Campus and Parkridge Valley Child and Adolescent Campus. Mental Health professionals offer a variety of inpatient and outpatient programs to suit your needs.
